PPC Executive

Location: Buxton Head Office, SK17 9RZ

Responsibilities

Working within the E-commerce team, you will be dedicated to the operation of our website, and will be responsible for acquiring and driving new visitor levels to the website.

  • Managing PPC across Google and Microsoft
  • Looking for improvement opportunities in all campaigns and optimising to required ROAS targets.
  • Manage ppc Monthly budgets and campaign spend to agreed targets.
  • Manage the paid social ads program via Meta
  • Create pais social ads program, in partnership with in house marketing team and Brand marketing teams.
  • Daily analysis of performance data.
  • Work with the SEO team to improve organic rankings
  • Research key competitor marketing activity
  • Focus on ROI , maximising return for all marcomms activities.

EXPERIENCE

*Managing and building PPC campaigns across Google

*Experience of managing paid social campaigns.

*In depth experience of using Google Analytics

*Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools

*Accuracy and attention to detail

Customer Service Team Member

Job Description:

As one of the UK's leading Equestrian Online retailers, Hope Valley are committed to delivering a high standard of Customer Service that exceeds customer expectations. We currently require a Full Time Customer Service Team Member with Equestrian knowledge an advantage but not essential. This role is Sunday to Thursday 9am-5pm .
Roles and responsibilities of the Job:

The following would form the core part of your role within the business.

1. Dealing with the queries by phone:
General product enquiries
Customer order enquiries
New Customer orders
Liaising with Suppliers and Couriers
Managing the Office Voicemail and ensuring follow through on messages

2. Responding to E-Mails:
Customer order enquiries
Supplier queries
General product enquiries

The Person
1. An excellent level of written (typed) English.
This job involves writing to customers via E-Mail and messaging. It is important that you are able to type quickly and efficiently with the quality of spelling, grammar and vocabulary to a high standard.

2. A Good Phone Manner
A patient phone manner with a confident and clear voice is essential. The ability to execute this in a busy office environment is essential. Correct English is a must for the role as we need to present a professional image to our Customers at all times.

3. The ability to Multi-Task under Pressure
You need to be able to figure out what is urgent and what is less urgent and manage your workload accordingly.

4. The ability to communicate with Colleagues
Efficient, quick and clear communication with other team members is essential.

Job Type: Full-time position Sunday to Thursday.

Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a new warehouse operative to join our (very busy) team based at the Hope Valley Saddlery Head office & warehouse in Buxton.

The position would consist of a 40 hour working week, the applicant would need to be flexible with some variation in hours depending on warehouse activity.

The applicant will need to be fit to work in a warehouse with tasks involving things such as lifting boxes, picking and packing orders and moving stock around the warehouse.

This is a fast paced family business environment which relies on team work to ensure our dispatch times are met.
