PPC Executive

Responsibilities
Working within the E-commerce team, you will be dedicated to the operation of our website, and will be responsible for acquiring and driving new visitor levels to the website.
- Managing PPC across Google and Microsoft
- Looking for improvement opportunities in all campaigns and optimising to required ROAS targets.
- Manage ppc Monthly budgets and campaign spend to agreed targets.
- Manage the paid social ads program via Meta
- Create pais social ads program, in partnership with in house marketing team and Brand marketing teams.
- Daily analysis of performance data.
- Work with the SEO team to improve organic rankings
- Research key competitor marketing activity
- Focus on ROI , maximising return for all marcomms activities.
EXPERIENCE
*Managing and building PPC campaigns across Google
*Experience of managing paid social campaigns.
*In depth experience of using Google Analytics
*Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools
*Accuracy and attention to detail

Warehouse Operative
We are looking for a new warehouse operative to join our (very busy) team based at the Hope Valley Saddlery Head office & warehouse in Buxton.
The position would consist of a 40 hour working week, the applicant would need to be flexible with some variation in hours depending on warehouse activity.
The applicant will need to be fit to work in a warehouse with tasks involving things such as lifting boxes, picking and packing orders and moving stock around the warehouse.
This is a fast paced family business environment which relies on team work to ensure our dispatch times are met.

Customer Service, Goods In, Purchase Ordering and Warehouse Position- Full Time OR Part Time
As one of the UK's leading Equestrian Online retailers, Hope Valley are committed to delivering standard of Customer Service that exceeds customer expectations. We currently require a Full Time (5 days a week) Back Office and Warehouse Team Member with a good level of Equestrian knowledge to help us to continue to achieve this.
This role will be based at our Somerford Park Store 09.00 – 17.30 and will include working a Weekend day, due to being open 7 days a week. Wage dependant on experience.
Part Time Days will be considered for the right person.
Roles and responsibilities of the Job:
Hope Valley is a fun and dynamic place to work - you can be asked to do all sorts of things that you might not always expect! However, the following items would always form the core part of your role within the business.
- You will be responsible for receiving, checking and receipting all deliveries.
- Ensuring that website listings are always up to date with correct stock levels and also pricing information
- Processing orders, Goods In and Purchase Orders through our e-commence system
- Dispatching and shipping orders quickly, correctly and efficiently
- Engaging with customers in store, online and by telephone with product queries, returns cases, order queries
Full training will be given on the specialist software that we do use; however, the right candidate will find this easy to pick up.
The Person
A good level of Equestrian knowledge is essential for this role, along with the following attributes:
- An excellent level of written (typed) English, with good communication and computer skills.
As this job heavily involves writing to our very valued customers via E-Mail, it's important to us that you can not only type quickly and efficiently, but that the quality of spelling, grammar and vocabulary are to a high standard.
- A Good Phone Manner
When you aren't writing to customers, you will generally be speaking to them! A patient phone manner with a confident and clear voice are essential, as is the ability to execute this whilst in a busy office environment. Good English is again essential to the role as we need to present a professional image to our Customers.
- The ability to Multi-Task under Pressure
The nature of this job is that you have to keep a few plates spinning at once. You will be able to cooperate with colleagues, prioritise work using own initiative, work independently with minimum supervision, and also seek and follow advice when appropriate. A good level of physical fitness is also essential.

Part Time (1 weekend day and 2 days in the week) - 09.45 until 18.15
** All positions will include working weekend days. **
Wage: Dependant on experience.
Main Tasks
Working in our large Equestrian Store, based at Somerford Park near Congleton, the role will include the following responsibilities:
- Confidently meeting and greeting customers
- Becoming highly knowledge about our brands enabling you to offer customers great service and assistance when looking for particular types of product.
- Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy
- Serving on the till
- Restocking the shop floor
The Person
We are looking for Staff with good equestrian knowledge who enjoy engaging with customers to provide an exceptional level of service and shopping experience. You will be a good listener and communicator, with a friendly and approachable manner. You must work to a high standard, be time conscious, be well presented with an enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude and are able to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
Full training will be provided on fitting safety wear, all technical products, and use of the till systems.
